This plant can be completely portable with gravity drop cement. It has multiple configurations available and it can move in one load with 528 bbl silo and 90 ton aggregate bins. Larger sizes are available in some loads. This plant is pre-plumbed and wired in conduit. The plant’s air compressor is located on the 5th wheel away from the transfer conveyor for safer operation. The plant’s power panel is enclosed with hinged, lockable doors, and it’s positioned away from the conveyor for safer operation. The bin has plenty of clearance under overhead gates for room to work. All gates have six ¾ inch thick teeth that are bolted in and permanently lubricated. With some customization, a Thoroughbred plant can be elevated and adapted to become a central mix plant
