This portable mixer can mix RCC, Paving Mixes, Ready Mix (mixes up to a 5” slump). The Twin-Shaft mixer can turn your dry batch plant into a central mix plant. It uses a Sicoma (twin shaft mixer) and the trailer was made to convert an existing batch plant into a central mix plant. There are also hydraulic options for leveling jacks, unfolding conveyors, raise/lower conveyors, and raise/lower truck collection hoppers. The truck collection hopper allows the mixer to load standard ready mix trucks and dump trucks. – Can batch over 5 yards of RCC concrete per hour, and can produce over 200 yards per hour if the dry batch plant can supply the concrete needed. Also available in 5 yard, 6 yard, 8 yard, and 10 yard models.
